Energy consultations are sessions where I use my relationship, sexual self-care, mental health messages tools, resources, and feedback to help understand what messages you need to hear.

I interpret these energies and messages intuitively. I discuss your relational, emotional, mental, financial, and spiritual energies in these consultations. I pay attention to what comes up before and during to make sure I do not miss any messages that arise. I give ideas regarding what may help you and any questions that may come up during this time.
